Principal Technical Consultant, Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and oversight of site layouts, grading, drainage systems, and infrastructure from concept through construction, including engineering analysis, construction documents, and technical reports. Support environmental and compliance work, mentor junior engineers, uphold health, safety, and quality standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects within scope and schedule.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least six years of progressive civil engineering experience, and strong experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and related tools, communicate technical concepts effectively, understand applicable codes and regulations, and hold a valid driver's license or be able to operate a company vehicle; PE/FE certification and a master's degree are preferred.
