Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the development, testing, and delivery of reliable, scalable backend services, and help evolve architecture for a core financial product. Collaborate with product and design teams, mentor engineers, improve engineering practices, and support production systems, including on-call duties.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least four years of backend development experience, and at least two years of hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, or Scala. Candidates should understand relational databases and ORM tools, microservices or SOA, Kubernetes, and collaborative practices such as code reviews and CI/CD.
