Project Manager - Site Development Engineering

Job Description

Manage site development and civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction assistance, overseeing scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables. Lead and mentor project teams, maintain client and stakeholder relationships, coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies, and support business development.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, plus a Professional Engineer license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or the ability to obtain one within six months. Candidates need at least five years of progressive civil or site development engineering experience, project management experience, relevant technical expertise, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication and leadership skills.
