Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer - Community Development

Job Description

Lead site civil engineering projects from concept and due diligence through permitting and construction, including design, plan preparation, and regulatory approvals. Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources; serve as the primary client liaison; mentor staff; and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of site/civil engineering experience, including project management and client relationship experience. Strong site design and AutoCAD Civil 3D skills are expected; a Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one quickly is strongly preferred.
