Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead site civil engineering projects from concept and due diligence through permitting and construction, including design, plan preparation, and regulatory approvals. Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources; serve as the client liaison; mentor staff; and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality work.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of site/civil engineering experience are required, along with experience managing site development projects and client relationships. Strong site design and stormwater skills, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and familiarity with permitting are expected; a Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one quickly is strongly preferred.
