Field Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead roadway construction projects under the direction of a Resident Engineer, coordinating with contractors and inspectors on design issues, field changes, quantities, RFIs, schedules, submittals, and change orders. Support project managers with client and stakeholder relations, manage construction contracts, personnel, and budgets, and deliver projects with attention to quality and schedule.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an EIT license are required; a PE license is a bonus. Candidates should have 0–2 years of transportation engineering experience, knowledge of AASHTO roadway geometric design criteria, proficiency with Autodesk or Bentley civil design software and MS Office, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
