Field Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead roadway construction projects under a Resident Engineer, interpreting plans and specifications and coordinating field design changes, change orders, quantities, RFIs, schedules, and material submittals. Support project managers with client and stakeholder coordination, while managing project quality, budgets, schedules, personnel, and field inspector support.

Requirements: A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a licensed EIT are required; a PE license is a bonus. The role seeks 0–2 years of transportation engineering experience, familiarity with AASHTO roadway geometric design criteria and Autodesk or Bentley civil design software, and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
