Mechanical Engineer (MEP)

Job Description

Assist with the design, modeling, and documentation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building systems, including calculations, system sizing, and construction deliverables. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, conduct site visits and field verification, and support estimates, reports, code research, and project meetings.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, 2–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the AEC or MEP consulting industry, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Candidates should understand HVAC fundamentals, thermal loads, mechanical systems, and building codes, and have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Navisworks or point-cloud experience is familiarization-level, while sustainable design and building-project experience are preferred.
