Senior Electrical Engineer - AI/Data Center Power

Job Description

Analyze end-to-end AI server power delivery and translate customer needs into measurable electrical, thermal, and mechanical requirements, product roadmaps, and R&D initiatives. Connect customer roadmaps with internal capabilities, lead technical collaboration across customers and teams, and monitor emerging power delivery and packaging technologies.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field and at least five years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should understand DC-DC conversion, power delivery networks, power integrity, and customer-facing technical work, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects across teams and locations.
