Senior Electrical Engineer – Dielectric Materials Development and Analysis

Job Description

Lead multidisciplinary projects to develop, test, and qualify ceramic and dielectric materials for high-voltage fusion systems, including defining requirements and conducting experiments under combined electrical, thermal, mechanical, and radiation conditions. Translate test results into engineering recommendations, provide subject-matter expertise across teams, and manage projects from material selection through prototyping and production qualification.

Requirements: Requires an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and typically at least five years of hands-on experience with insulating and dielectric materials. Candidates should have experience in electrical testing and materials characterization, developing or qualifying materials for complex products or systems, leading milestone-driven R&D programs, and communicating findings to multidisciplinary teams.
