Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Own the mechanical master model and lead system-level integration, design, analysis, prototyping, and validation across current and future robotic platforms. Establish mechanical design standards, reduce costs, guide suppliers and contract manufacturers through production, and collaborate with electrical, firmware, controls, operations, and quality teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a master's preferred, and 10 or more years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, including work on actuators, drivetrains, or complex motorized assemblies. Candidates should bring expert SolidWorks skills, strong analysis and manufacturing knowledge, production experience, hands-on prototyping ability, and a record of technical leadership and cost reduction.
