BTS Associate Software Engineer II - AI

Job Description

Lead the design, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered tools, coordinating Jira-based delivery and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to address workflow needs. Define validation and quality standards for AI outputs, support requirements analysis, testing, training, system controls, and compliance, and report on project outcomes.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience, or a master's degree in Information Systems or a related field. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI, agentic AI development, large language models, and prompt engineering, along with familiarity with Microsoft 365, IT audits, and stakeholder communication.
