Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Forecast market and technology trends, develop product roadmaps, and lead engineering work from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch. Lead technical projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business development to develop and present practical innovations and business cases.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 or more years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead projects and communicate technical material; experience with instrumentation, data analysis, and machine learning is an asset, while polymer science, hot runners, mold design, and injection molding are preferred.
