Sr. Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, operate, and maintain embedded software, firmware, and computing systems software for engineering, scientific, and manufacturing applications. Apply appropriate standards, processes, and tools throughout the software development life cycle, collaborate with customers and technical teams, and support requirements, design, coding, testing, and integration.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar engineering discipline and at least 8 years of engineering experience, or a master's degree and at least 6 years; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree. Candidates must have C++ object-oriented programming experience, be U.S. citizens, and hold an active Secret clearance before starting; embedded Linux or VxWorks experience is also required.
