Senior Software Engineer (Java Backend)

Job Description

Develop and optimize large-scale Java backend applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while debugging issues and contributing to code reviews. Document technical designs and best practices, uphold engineering standards, support project planning, and collaborate with product and design teams on scalable solutions.

Requirements: Candidates need hands-on experience building Java backend systems and cloud-based solutions, with expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, scalable data processing, microservices, and system design. They should also have experience with CI/CD tools, modular and testable code, automated testing, distributed systems, REST services, caching, ORM tools, and strong debugging skills; the minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree plus three years of experience or five years of experience without a degree requirement.
