Senior | Staff Software Engineer - AI / ML

Job Description

Improve the speed, cost, and rigor of frontier AI data generation and evaluation through adaptive agent evaluations, model routing, fine-tuned models, predictive task difficulty, and robust measurement. Validate approaches using production data and turn successful research prototypes into reusable components for engineers and researchers.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years building production ML or software systems, hands-on experience with production LLM or ML workloads, strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, and rigorous evaluation experience. Candidates should have a strong grounding in statistics and experimentation, communicate effectively across teams, and proactively identify high-impact problems.
