Field Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Construct, adapt, test, and troubleshoot electrical components and equipment using diagrams and standard test equipment. Compile and assess engineering data, support equipment design modifications, and document design rationale and operational failures.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, hands-on experience designing and acquiring new-build small craft under 65 feet, and at least five years of propulsion systems experience. Candidates also need experience with vessel electrical, electronics and navigation, and auxiliary systems, plus knowledge of shipyard build contracts; U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
