Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical architecture and roadmap for enterprise connectors, scaling reliable data ingestion and synchronization across major SaaS platforms. Establish operational reliability and observability standards, enable downstream AI and search experiences, and guide engineering teams through technical designs, reviews, and mentorship.

Requirements: Requires deep production experience architecting and operating high-throughput ingestion, ETL, or SaaS integration systems, along with strong operational rigor around SLOs, telemetry, and distributed-system readiness. Candidates should demonstrate technical leadership across concurrent workstreams, effective cross-functional communication, and a record of mentoring engineers; OAuth, enterprise identity, ACL mapping, and SaaS API expertise are advantageous.
