Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical vision and architecture for enterprise connectors, including high-throughput ingestion, data freshness, shared execution patterns, and reliability standards. Partner with platform, Search, Graph, and AI teams to improve downstream AI experiences, accelerate development with AI-assisted workflows, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Requires deep experience designing and operating production distributed ingestion systems, ETL pipelines, or SaaS integrations, along with strong operational practices for SLOs, observability, and system readiness. Also requires technical leadership across concurrent workstreams, effective cross-functional communication, and a record of mentoring engineers; OAuth, enterprise identity, ACL mapping, and SaaS API expertise are advantageous.
