Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical architecture and roadmap for enterprise connectors, including high-throughput ingestion, delta synchronization, shared execution patterns, and reliability standards. Partner with Search, Graph, AI, and platform teams to improve downstream AI experiences, accelerate development with AI-assisted workflows, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Requires deep experience designing, building, and operating production data-ingestion systems, ETL pipelines, or SaaS integrations, along with strong operational rigor around SLOs, telemetry, tracing, and system readiness. Candidates should demonstrate technical leadership across concurrent workstreams, strong cross-functional communication, and a record of authoring technical designs and mentoring engineers.
