Manufacturing Engineering II

Job Description

Troubleshoot production systems and complex assemblies that fail testing, determine root causes, direct repairs and retesting, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain assembly instructions and troubleshooting documentation while collaborating across engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve yields, cycle time, and production costs.

Requirements: Requires a STEM bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, along with experience reading mechanical drawings or electrical schematics and resolving dimensional tolerance or testing issues. Preferred qualifications include CAD/Creo experience, production work with EO/IR systems, assembly procedure writing, knowledge of chemical processes, root cause investigations, data analysis, and RF or EO/IR product testing.
