Electrical Engineer II

Job Description

Troubleshoot electrical systems and complex assemblies that fail testing, determine and document failure causes, and direct hardware repair and retesting. Analyze failure trends and collaborate with engineering, factory operations, quality, and program teams to implement corrective actions and improve yields, test procedures, and cycle time.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM field and at least two years of relevant experience testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits, documenting results, and developing and executing test plans. Preferred qualifications include lab equipment experience, basic software development, reading electrical drawings and schematics, Python and TestStand, EO/IR production experience, and data-driven root cause and improvement work.
