Distribution Engineer

Job Description

Design and engineer electric distribution projects up to 69 kV, including overhead and underground infrastructure, calculations, equipment selection, and review of vendor drawings. Coordinate project tasks and documentation, perform QA/QC, support proposals and client interactions, and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, Engineer in Training certification, and 3–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience. Candidates should have distribution design and project experience, knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices, project coordination and QA/QC capabilities, and proficiency with relevant design software.
