Mission Software Engineer, Mission Systems

Job Description

Build and maintain resilient, distributed mission software and the messaging, orchestration, and networking infrastructure connecting autonomous vehicles to command and control systems. Develop services that integrate with Lattice OS, coordinate vehicle fleets, and manage mission payloads and effects from simulation through field operations.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field, along with 2–3+ years of production-grade C++, Rust, or equivalent experience in Linux. Candidates should have experience with high-performance software, Kubernetes, Git and GitHub, and taking software from development through deployment; they must also be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
