Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Design and lead mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through production, including CAD modeling, engineering analysis, prototyping, validation, and production release. Lead design reviews and risk assessments, support vacuum and high-voltage assemblies, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and at least seven years of mechanical design and product development experience. Candidates should have experience with vacuum systems, high-voltage assemblies, 3D CAD, GD&T, production releases, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and mechanical engineering analyses; semiconductor or capital equipment experience is preferred.
