Senior Land Development Project Manager

Job Description

Manage residential land development projects from planning and entitlements through infrastructure construction and delivery of finished lots. Coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and internal teams while managing schedules, budgets, contracts, construction progress, and project issues.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of residential land development, civil engineering, or related experience, with strong knowledge of site development, infrastructure, and civil construction. Candidates should have project management, communication, and organizational skills; a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
