Lead Software Engineer -Java Full stack

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and operational support of secure, scalable software products, including Java and Python microservices and full-stack applications. Guide the team’s responsible use of approved AI-assisted engineering tools, improve reliability and automation, and evaluate architectural solutions with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements: Requires formal software engineering training or certification and at least five years of applied experience, with hands-on expertise in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Candidates should have full-stack and database experience, knowledge of agentic AI protocols and frameworks, cloud-native and CI/CD practices, and the ability to lead safe, secure adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
