Senior Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, and troubleshoot automation for virtualized cluster provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning, while leading production deployments and improving operational reliability. Promote responsible AI-assisted engineering practices, mentor engineers, document technical decisions, and collaborate with global teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience, with strong system design fundamentals and proficiency in Go and Java. Candidates should have experience with ESXi infrastructure, Kubernetes or OpenShift lifecycle automation, distributed workflow orchestration, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
