Dir/Sr. Dir - Lab Automation Engineer, Discovery Oncology

Job Description

Set technical direction and architecture for laboratory automation software and integrated systems, including workcell design, installation, validation, reliability, and performance optimization. Build scientist-facing tools, automation scripts, and data pipelines, while coordinating technical integration across scientists, software, hardware, controls, and data teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, biology, or a related field, plus 10 or more years of hands-on experience in laboratory automation, robotics integration, or a related discipline. Candidates should bring strong software engineering and systems integration skills, experience mentoring engineers, and the ability to translate scientific workflows into usable, reliable automation.
