Software Engineer AI BU

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of significant AI BU software components or projects, including authoring design documents, writing production code, and reviewing complex designs and pull requests. Own technical quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product stakeholders and adjacent teams.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, technical leadership or design ownership, cloud-native architecture experience, and working knowledge of agentic engineering using local or frontier models. Candidates should also bring system design, distributed systems, AI/ML or data systems experience, communication and mentoring skills, and familiarity with CI/CD.
