Applied AI Engineer, Beneficial Deployments (Life Sciences)

Job Description

Partner with life sciences research institutions to understand scientific workflows, build AI prototypes with their engineering teams, and deliver production systems integrated into daily research. Develop reusable ecosystem tools such as MCP servers, benchmarks, and agent skills, while documenting deployment challenges and enabling partners to scale successful solutions.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least four years of experience as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical founder, including production systems used by real users. They should bring deep life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing experience and experience building LLM-powered tools, with relevant domain expertise and a resourceful approach to ambiguous work valued.
