Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and validate custom mechanical subsystems and facility equipment, including structures, pressure vessels, piping, and process systems, using FEA and supporting calculations. Prepare engineering documentation and coordinate with designers, vendors, project teams, and fabrication and installation teams through procurement, assembly, installation, and commissioning.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of mechanical, systems, or design engineering experience. Candidates should have 3D CAD and FEA proficiency, experience with welded structures and fluid or process systems, familiarity with applicable pressure vessel and piping codes and GD&T, and the ability to travel and meet applicable U.S. Person requirements.
