Civil Engineer

Job Description

Plan and lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities and systems, including technical documentation, feasibility studies, field assessments, and regulatory permitting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, budgets, and schedules, and mentor junior engineers while incorporating sustainable and cost-effective design practices.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least six years of water resources engineering experience, and civil design experience with water and wastewater infrastructure. Candidates should be proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, knowledgeable about NJDEP and federal regulations, capable of leading permitting and project delivery, and hold an EIT credential while progressing toward PE licensure.
