Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop, test, deploy, and support embedded payload software and operating system deployments for space sensor systems running on size-, weight-, and power-constrained hardware. Implement device interfaces and drivers, optimize multithreaded and real-time software, support image processing and simulation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical space systems.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent discipline, along with at least five years of professional software engineering experience using C/C++, Linux, and developing complex multithreaded applications. Also requires at least two years of Python scripting experience and experience with RTOS, embedded system deployment, software testing, and hardware/software interfaces.
