Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and full engineering lifecycle of power conversion products, from topology selection and circuit design through qualification, manufacturing transition, and sustaining support. Provide technical leadership and mentoring, manage engineering initiatives, resolve product issues, improve engineering processes, and contribute technical content to proposals.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least eight years of power electronics design experience, including power conversion, motor control, switched-mode supplies, and hands-on work with power semiconductor devices. Candidates should also have experience with magnetics, circuit and environmental analyses, DFM/DFT, corrective action methods, project leadership, technical communication, and mentoring.
