Azure AI Engineer (RAG Optimization)

Job Description

Optimize and refine an existing Azure AI Foundry RAG application by improving retrieval accuracy, ranking, reranking, context selection, document ingestion, and response quality. Test and monitor performance using customer support scenarios, iterate on prompts and search strategies, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver planned enhancements.

Requirements: Candidates need hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and practical experience building or optimizing production or near-production RAG solutions, including document ingestion, search, and retrieval optimization. They should also have experience with prompt engineering and response evaluation, be able to work independently, and ideally have familiarity with Azure AI Search, customer support knowledge applications, and technical documentation.
