Electrical Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead the transition of new electronic and electromechanical products into manufacturing, troubleshoot production issues, and develop processes, tooling, fixtures, tests, and manufacturing documentation. Own assigned products or value streams while driving root-cause corrective actions, risk assessments, and continuous improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 35 years of relevant manufacturing, production, or industrial electrical engineering experience. Candidates should have experience with manufacturing support, NPI, troubleshooting, schematics, drawings, BOMs, GD&T, DFM, and DFT; aerospace or defense experience is preferred, and applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR.
