Civil EIT

Job Description

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, designers, and survey professionals to design residential land and site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and other infrastructure. Prepare and refine construction documents and survey certificates, interpret field data, coordinate deliverables, and support senior engineers and surveyors with design and plan revisions.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least two years of civil engineering experience or equivalent internship experience, at least six months of land development exposure, and practical experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. An EIT certification or progress toward EIT status, familiarity with residential site development, attention to detail, and effective teamwork and communication skills are also expected.
