Mechanical Engineer-Space Systems

Job Description

Design, analyze, and develop mechanical and electromechanical hardware for robotic and space applications, including CAD models, assemblies, drawings, prototypes, and test systems. Integrate and troubleshoot hardware, support environmental and electromechanical testing, investigate failures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout product development.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with 37 or more years of mechanical or electromechanical design and development experience. Candidates should have proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools, experience with moving mechanisms and hardware integration or testing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work hands-on and independently.
