Industrial Engineer (Entry Level BSIE)

Job Description

Analyze warehouse operations, identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions and Lean improvements. Develop process documentation, monitor KPIs, use operational data and ERP tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis; relevant internship or project experience and ERP exposure are preferred.
