Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Design electrical systems and prepare lighting, power, and systems design packages, including load and voltage-drop calculations, code-compliant lighting calculations, and coordination of complex electrical rooms. Lead project coordination and documentation, review shop drawings, attend meetings, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least six years of electrical design experience, including experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and design packages for developer, ground-up, and multifamily projects. Candidates should be proficient in electrical calculations and distribution design and have a strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, energy codes, and applicable standards; EIT or PE certification is a plus.
