Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and analyze ground control shelters and enclosures for defense and security applications, including EMI/EMP hardening, thermal performance, cabling, and server rack integration. Develop product documentation and testing plans, select components and materials, and support manufacturing introduction, production issues, customer engagement, and product integration.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline and 5–10 years of hands-on product development experience. Candidates must be proficient in SolidWorks and mechanical analysis, including thermal, stress, tolerance, and FEA, and have experience with DO-160, MIL-STD-810, ANSI Y14.5, and technical documentation.
