Civil Engineer

Job Description

Plan and lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, storage facilities, and distribution and collection systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable, practical project solutions. Manage technical scope, budgets, schedules, permitting, field assessments, and multidisciplinary coordination while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires at least six years of water resources engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and civil design experience with water and wastewater infrastructure. Candidates should be proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, knowledgeable about NJDEP and federal regulations, capable of leading permitting and project delivery, and hold an EIT credential while progressing toward PE licensure.
