Civil EIT

Job Description

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, designers, survey professionals, and field crews to design residential land and site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Prepare and refine construction plans, grading, drainage, utility designs, survey certificates, and supporting documentation while coordinating deliverables and maintaining project files.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least two years of civil engineering experience or equivalent internship experience, at least six months of land development exposure, and practical AutoCAD Civil 3D experience. An EIT certification or progress toward EIT status, familiarity with residential site development, accuracy in plan preparation, and effective teamwork and communication skills are expected.
