Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and analyze mechanical systems, launch hardware, production tooling, and ground support equipment, producing Siemens NX models, assemblies, drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Own projects from concept through fabrication, testing, and implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting hardware installation and troubleshooting.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline, 1–2 years of mechanical engineering experience, Siemens NX proficiency, and knowledge of mechanical design, machine elements, manufacturing processes, and basic structural analysis. Preferred qualifications include experience with tooling or ground support equipment, GD&T, FEA software, hands-on fabrication or testing, project ownership, and a master's degree.
