Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery of complex electrical systems, including simulations, analyses, component selection, and documented experimental testing. Direct engineering projects, design reviews, risk assessments, and cross-disciplinary integration while collaborating with partners, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering standards and practices.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and 6–10+ years of progressively responsible electrical engineering experience, including leadership of complex electrical system design and development. Candidates should bring strong electrical engineering and integration expertise, knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements, effective communication and collaboration skills, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
