Controls Engineer

Job Description

Develop, install, debug, and commission industrial control systems, including PLC software, HMI screens, peripheral devices, and machine controls. Coordinate machine power-up, debugging, and validation with build and electrical teams, ensure systems meet customer or company specifications, and travel to customer sites for installation and startup.

Requirements: Requires at least two years of controls engineering and PLC/HMI programming experience, including experience with Rockwell Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms and the ability to write ladder logic from scratch. Automotive integration and commissioning experience, customer-defined standards, and an engineering associate or bachelor's degree are sought; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
