Industrial Engineer Manager - Hickman's

Job Description

Manage operations across six egg-processing plants and lead production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance. Drive continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, workforce development, labor cost strategies, and operational planning across the Arizona site.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or an equivalent field, is required, along with ideally five or more years of industrial engineering or equivalent industry experience. Candidates should have advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong leadership and coaching abilities, attention to detail, and experience in production and maintenance; professional English communication and willingness to travel as business needs dictate are also required.
