Job Description

Partner with traders, developers, and technology teams to discover user needs and deliver internal trading and position-management tools. Scope and prioritize projects, translate business needs into requirements, contribute to technical design, and guide development through rollout, feedback, and iteration.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline is required, along with up to five years of experience in product management, software development, technical project management, or a related field. Candidates should be able to structure user needs as requirements, balance priorities, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and discuss technical design and architecture; experience with distributed teams, financial systems, trading workflows, or generative AI is desirable.
