Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Estimate process times, simulate manufacturing workflows, and coordinate process planning for new product introductions, including takt time, cycle time, and labor requirements. Analyze operations and recommend improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste and costs, and improve throughput through initiatives such as Lean, automation, and Six Sigma.

Requirements: Typically requires six years of engineering experience in high-technology electronics manufacturing or a related field, with an associate or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering preferred and at least two years of AutoCAD experience. Candidates should bring advanced technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to lead initiatives and make independent operational decisions.
